Shipping Info

CANADA:

CDs shipped WITHIN CANADA, are shipped using "Oversized Lettermail" through Canada Post. These orders include NO TRACKING so please order at your own risk. This is due to the unfortunate rise in shipping costs. If you NEED tracking, please contact me BEFORE you place your order. We may be able to work something out.

TAPES shipped WITHIN CANADA are shipped as "Regular Parcel". This is due to the inconsistency of Tapes making their way through Oversized Lettermail. Packaged Tapes hover around 2cm thick which can be just under or just over the min. requirements for oversized. This does incur a larger shipping cost averaging $20. These packages include tracking.

There may be exceptions if you order multiple items at once.

All orders are shipped out within 7 days of the customer's order.

USA:

All Tapes and CDs shipped to the US are shipped using Small Packet USA Air (Canada Post). Just like Oversized Lettermail, there is NO TRACKING on these orders. if you NEED tracking, please contact me BEFORE you place your order. We may be able to work something out.

Again, there may be exceptions if you order multiple items at once.

All orders are shipped out within 7 days of the customer's order.

INTERNATIONAL:

Tapes and CDs that are being shipped internationally will be shipped through Canada Post using either Small Packet International Surface (NO TRACKING) OR Small Packet International Air (NO TRACKING).

This is going to depend on what option is available and which option is cheapest for your country. This is going to be applicable to small orders of one or MAYBE two small items. If neither option is available or the options are well above the stated shipping price (not common), you will receive a refund. Please order at your own risk.

All orders will be shipped out within 7 days of the customer's order.

Keep in mind that International orders can take weeks or sometimes months to arrive.

Due to the nature of hand dubbing and the varied quality of tapes, It's not uncommon for there to be various audio flaws. Please keep this in mind when ordering. All Tapes and CDs are non-refundable.
